The Search for The Holy Scroll
A knight has been usurped from his kingdom and outcast by the new king. There is one thing that can save his Kingdom from the cluthes of an evil King.
A scroll, detailed by a Priest at the time of his birth that shows the true family tree of the royals.
If he is to save the people of his Kingdom, he must find that scroll, and he needs your help.
The Search for the Holy Scroll is out latest portable escape room experience.
Still in development it will be ready for Incursions in July 2026.
Children will solve a series of hands-on and code-based puzzles, from deciphering hidden messages to unlocking combination padlocks and piecing together physical clues.
Along the way, they build teamwork, resilience, and problem-solving skills, while gaining confidence through persistence, communication, and trying something new.
HOW THEY WORK
Sessions are delivered in groups of 20-25 kids by 2 costumed actors.
Actors will manage the session and guide the kids through the puzzle experience though we require onsite staff to handle major behaviour management issues.
We will do multiple sessions across a day to ensure that we get through all of your kids.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
The incursion can be delivered in a space as small as a standard classroom or in an outdoor undercover area where power is accessible. We are often in School halls, which works perfectly.
One standard 10am outlet is required for this experience.
DISCLAIMER
Although called The Holy Scroll, there is no religious content in this experience except the mention of the Priest who wrote the scroll.
None of the puzzles refer to any religious content. Content is inspired by medieval heraldry, art, manuscripts, ancient languages and utilises a range of modern puzzle concepts themed to the experience.
Feedback from our other Portabel Escape Room Experiences
I’ve never seen the kids so engaged with something that came to the OSHC before.
The kids thought it was fantastic and want them to come back and as a coordinator we all want that.
Kids loved it. It tested their memory and social skills, literacy and numeracy, active learning and communication.
